    What size (weight) of boxing gloves should I choose? 

    Boxing gloves are marked OZ (ounces). Gloves are marked with this brand all over the world. 
    The oz designation expresses the weight of the boxing gloves. The higher the weight of the fighter, the heavier he should use the gloves for training. 
    Below we list the weight and recommendations for better selection convenience. In case of uncertainty, follow the advice of your trainer, or write to us and we will advise you. 

  • 6oz boxing gloves gloves are mainly intended for children (up to 45kg)
  • 8oz boxing gloves  are intended for juniors  (45 - 65 kg) 
  • 10oz boxing gloves are mainly suitable for a fight (65 - 80 kg) 
  • 12oz boxing gloves  they are suitable for sparring (80 - 90 kg)
  • 14oz boxing gloves  they are suitable for sparring (approx. from 90 kg)
  • 16 oz are intended for heavy fighters (from 90 kg)


    How to care for gloves?
